Help Build the New Performing Arts Center

Friday, October 25, 2019

The show will include an hour-long Swing Dance lesson 6:00 and 7:00 pm, followed by three sets of swingin’ big band jazz from 7:00 until 10:00 PM, featuring  The 18-piece Flatirons Jazz Orchestra.  All ages, beginners and singles welcome.

The Longmont Performing Arts Initiative is developing plans for a new Arts Center in Longmont.  This event will help fund this next step. More details.

LPAI is a collaborative group of six non-profit performing arts organizations in Longmont: Centennial State Ballet, Longmont Chorale, Longmont Concert Band, Longmont Symphony Orchestra, Longmont Youth Symphony and Longs Peak Chorus.

LPAI was formed in 2017, and the creation of a performance facility is its first major undertaking.

Your contribution helps fund the legal and design groundwork for this project.  The event will feature a Silent Auction, Swing Dance Lessons, and an evening of live Big Band Jazz for dancing or just listening.
